Taking part in the inaugural year of the FSA was easily one of my most rewarding educational experiences to date. An open and inclusive non-hierarchical forum that brought together a diverse collective of individuals and empowered us with the freedom to explore and challenge ideas and concepts that were liberated from the constraints of the traditional institution. For me, it was what each of the unique participants brought to the table and how we later gelled together as a group that was so profound. I feel I gained something intangible that I can’t quite articulate.
